When placing your order the system will take a pre-authorisation for the total amount but this will not actually be taken from your account until we ship the item to you.
Our phone lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We do however all need a break and out of office hours one of our friendly staff in a nearby call centre will take the call. They will aim to help you over the phone but failing this will take a name and contact number enabling one of our customer service team to return your call as soon as the main office re-opens in the morning.
